Raynisha Bragg McDonald is a counselor, author, consultant, trainer, educator, and entrepreneur committed to helping individuals and organizations move from simply surviving to genuinely thriving. With more than 20 years of experience in education and extensive experience in mental health, Raynisha brings a unique perspective that blends education, psychology, wellness, leadership, and community impact.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. Her professional experience includes serving as an administrator of a mental health facility, developing and delivering mental health and wellness training, consulting with organizations, and creating resources designed to support emotional well-being and personal growth.
Raynisha is the Sacramento Leader for Buy Woman, a women’s economic movement focused on strengthening women-owned businesses and creating opportunities for women to build, grow, and sustain economic power. She is also the co-founder and creator of Team Wellness, a platform centered on mental health, workplace wellness, training, and personal development.
As an accomplished author, Raynisha has written counseling resource guides, two children’s books, and three books for adults. Her work reflects her passion for making mental health education accessible, practical, and transformative.
Through her work, Raynisha continues to empower people to understand themselves, prioritize their wellness, strengthen their resilience, and create lives and communities where they can truly thrive.
